jessica sanchez!!!

Way back when, I used to watch American Idol. I saw the season when Carrie Underwood and that guy with salt and pepper hair won. But after that, I just lost interest in watching the show. I caught a few episodes and was impressed by Joshua and Phillip. I was glad they got in but I wasn't all that interested. That is until I heard about Jessica Sanchez and how she wowwed a lot of people-including the judges. I only started watching seriously when the Top 12 was chosen and I try to watch every episode when I can. I do skip the results show especially since a lot of people broadcast the results on Facebook anyway.

But last night's result was a shocker. She was the frontrunner of the contest and she just dropped to the bottom at the blink of an eye??? Honestly, I am not surprised. The show is American Idol after all. An American should win, not some Filipino-Mexican singer who is not only talented but fashionable as well. Luckily, the judges saved her behind. My friend who lives in the US says that they should learn from this and actually for her vote seriously next week, else Jessica is bound to return to the bottom three.

I don't want to vote for her, in truth. I never do that (not even contests that my friends or family join) and I'm not about change because of her. Hahaha! I just wish they'd let her stay till the Top 2, though. So if you can, please vote!
