We arrived in Tagbilaran City last Friday but we decided to take a tour on Saturday. My mom wanted to see the Loboc River and Chocolate Hills. But on the way, we chanced upon a zoo featuring exotic animals. The entrance was only P20 so I doubted if the animals were that exotic.

I was right. It was very, very small zoo with few animals. They did feature two Burmese pythons which were huge. This is Noria and she is big. Her body is about the size of my thigh and I was scared just looking at her. The attendant said I could touch but I never did. My sister had her picture taken and my mom was actually threatening her that the snake would bite her. I already saw an ostrich before and I don't think it's exotic. Hahaha!

Next stop was a butterfly farm. It was very pretty in there and the butterflies were really beautiful. That's me holding a butterfly in my hand.

This is the famous Tarsier. I thought I wouldn't see any tarsier awake because they're nocturnal but we got lucky. By the tenth tarsier, we finally chanced upon one with eyes wide open.

We took the Loboc River Cruise and had lunch there. It was okay but the buffet lunch was forgettable. It's a good thing we had a hearty breakfast.

Our last stop for the day was the Chocolate Hills in Carmen. Unfortunately, it wasn't even chocolate colored but green. Still they were breathtaking and huge.

This was taken last Monday-the day after the wedding. It was beach day at Alona Beach in Panglao Island. The beach was similar to Boracay and it was really nice to swim in.
