5,000 and 1

I cannot believe my page views reached the 5,000 mark. Not too long ago, I was happy my ticker got to 100! Hahaha!

Now that the bf's better, I will try my best to keep you up to speed on my boring life!

me time

I'm comfortable in my own company and I'm happy to be alone. I constantly do that and I even go eat in restaurants by my lonesome. I am not bothered by it because there are time when I crave silence. Besides, I get to go where I want to and eat what I want without asking my companions whether they approve of the place or not.

I haven't done that in a while because life gets in the way. There are things to do, places to go to and there is not enough time for me. But I intend to change that tomorrow. I plan to go out and actually give myself the time that I crave and deserve. I won't go out at night but rather during the day, lunch to be more precise. I am looking forward to having a good meal and a good time all by myself. No distractions, just me with delicious food and a good book. Can't hardly wait!

feeling young

Imagine that! I'm happy to be at least 3 years younger than my real age...

I took this test one night, after reading Topaz Horizon's blog entry. She was older than her actual age. She's 33 and her real age is apparently 41. By the way, the test can be quite long- I almost gave up but decided to push through. Luckily I did because the result was positive.

sunday, work and being alone

Today is Sunday and I'm home alone-save for our household help, that is.

My parents went off somewhere to the hot springs in the nearby town with friends, my brother went somewhere, too and I had taken the baby to my sister's house to play with his cousin. I wanted time alone because I had to revise a task from last week and I needed the peace and quiet. The work is actually very easy but I really just wanted to be alone.

The bf is taking the time off from my company! hahaha! Seriously, it's Sunday and we're strangers on Sunday. I did see him earlier and I don't think I'll see him again later. But it's perfectly fine.

I am happily working in the bedroom, listening to a playlist that is super mixed up. Think The Cars, Gin Blossoms, Barry Manilow, Daniel Bedingfield, Mariah Carey, Hillsong and Adele. But this is so much better than the music blaring on our radio outside-ranging from the 50s, 60s and 70s!

I am still full from breakfast but I am already looking forward to my lunch of dinuguan and kinilaw. My mom cooked before she left so I won't be hungry. = )

I was going to post some photos of my clean up last night. I actually managed to sort through the boxes up in my closet and de-cluttered my drawer. But my mom brought the camera to their outing and I wasn't able to get the photos beforehand.

So, I'll spend the rest of the day playing Farm Frenzy and Cafe World and watching television. This is the life!

just want to say i got my bf back again. hahaha! ecstatic much? well, sunday night the bf was fired(?!*) or rather his contract got terminated so he no longer has to drive the clients to and fro the earthquake site. although the bf was already planning to quit by sunday, so it worked out perfectly. the bf had plans for valentine's day-nothing really definite but we are going out. at least! he hasn't come 'round yet, i'm still waiting for my flowers. whatever!
