I hardly ever get sick. This is something to be proud of, I guess. But I really hate the fact that my sinus always acts up. Although it can be attributed to several factors, it's still a pain in the you-know-what. I am fine with all the sneezing but I cannot take the headache that comes with it.
Last night we were at the mall (as usual, it's Sunday!) and on the way home, I was feeling a bit tired. At home, I had a full-blown headache. I couldn't find any of my medication for headache so I took two sinusitis capsules instead. I couldn't sleep with the throbbing in my head and I was tempted to take Nyquil. I didn't though, I just forced myself to sleep. I awoke at about 4am because the rain was pounding so hard. I stood up to pee and lit a candle and I realized my head was still aching. I didn't mind it went back to sleep. The pain was gone in the morning but in the afternoon, it came back! I'm still debating whether to drink medicine again or just grin and bear it. I have been loading up on Vitamin C but I don't think it's working.
I guess part of the reason is the terrible summer heat. I was out and about with the bf at around 1.30pm going from an airconditioned vehicle out in the sun and back to the vehicle again. (after all, the city isn't air conditioned) It's probably why my head is complaining.
