getting there

i haven't blogged in awhile because i was getting the hang of being unemployed! not really unemployed per se, but not having to go to an office daily seemed weird at first. i am learning to wake up quite late already. and it's good. plus i really do have much, much time for the baby which is my primary reason for quitting.

i had to settle my office bills, healthcare etc last week and i'm glad i got that over with. i only have one more thing to finish and i am really, totally free.

working at home is definitely working for me. i am enjoying my life and my time more. it's like everyday is a weekend and i am free to travel wherever and whenever. the bf and i took a quick trip last week. it felt great not having to feel guilty about work left pending in the office.

so i'm getting to that place. the place where family comes first over work. where there are no intrigues and gossip and jealous people. just a happy and simple place. after all, what more do you need from life???
